Wednesday’s Karate competition class is open to anyone interested in competition so don’t forget to bring sparring gear and your mouthpiece!

With the weather gettingwarmer for spring & summer don’t forget your gym shoes! We have spent several nights outside to date and will continue to do so.

Congratulations to Sensei Gregg Rummel and his Family Greg brought home Three Gold medals and one Silver medal from the USA-NKF Nationals!

Gold in Iaido, Gold in Korean Kata, Gold in Open Weight Kumite and Silver in his Kilo Kumite division.
With this performance Sensei Rummel has made the US Junior Team!
