Wednesday's Karate competition class is open to anyone interested in competition so don't forget to bring sparring gear and your mouthpiece!

Remember there will be no class this Thursday October 29th for Trick or Treat!

2009 Mountain State Karate Championships April 4 St. Albans WV: congratulations to Eric Allen bringing home 2 Gold metals Kata & Kumite (6 and under begginer div) Taylor Allen two Bronze and Matt Allen with a gold in weapons, two bronze metals + a bronze in Judo.

Congratulations to Sensei Rummel 3 Gold metals and the Junior Grand Champion trophy!

Junior Olympics & US-Open @ Las Vegas, April 10, 11 and 12th: Congratulations to Sensei Rummel; 3 Silver metals in the Junior Olympics and a Bronze in Kumite in the US Open!

USA-NKF Nationals @ Ft. Lauderdale FL., July 14-18: congratulations to Sensei Rummel, Bronze metal in Open weight Kumite and Gold in Iaido.
